Exchange Policy

 

At Tulsi Prints, we strive to ensure that every fabric you receive is of the highest quality. However, in rare cases where there is a genuine issue, we offer a simple and fair exchange process.

When Can You Request an Exchange?

We only allow exchanges in the following case:

  • You received a defective or damaged fabric.


Conditions for Exchange

To be eligible for an exchange:

  1. Unboxing Video is Mandatory

    • A video must be shared, starting from the package opening until the issue is visible.

    • This helps us verify the issue and process your exchange quickly.

  2. Exchange requests must be made within 48 hours of delivery.
  3. The fabric must be unused and in the same condition as received.

What Is Not Covered

  • No exchange for size, color, or design preferences.

  • Minor irregularities in hand block or screen printing are not considered defects (they are part of the handmade process).


How the Exchange Works

  • Once the issue is verified, we will:

    • Send a replacement of the same fabric (if available) , or

    • Offer a store credit or alternative fabric of your choice.

  • Note: Before that you must send us the damaged fabric and we must receive it before we can proceed with replacement
